Since we launched the new website and forum software, some members (both long-time and new) receive the message that they have been receiving a message that they have been banned forever when they attempt to make a post or look at a photo. This is a glitch that occurred when we imported the old users to the new software. You did nothing wrong. Some folks were dumped into the wrong user group, and we cannot search for that user group to fix the glitch across the board. We have to wait for individual users to contact us when they get the message.
If you are getting this message, please send an e-mail to duncan@foxchapelpublishing.com with your username and the e-mail address you have associated with the forum. The new forum software is also case sensitive when it comes to usernames and passwords, so please try to send the username complete with the capital letters you usually use. It’s quick and easy to fix once you contact us.
